Thank you for choosing Rogersville Jiu-Jitsu! This membership contract outlines the terms and conditions for your membership.
Your membership will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your sign-up date. To ensure continuous access to our facilities and services, the membership fee will be charged on the renewal date each year.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide a 30-day notice prior to the renewal date. Failure to provide this notice will result in the membership automatically renewing for another year.
We do not offer refunds if you pay in advance and need to leave. However, we understand that life happens, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, we will pause your membership and credit the unused portion in lieu of issuing a refund.
